What you say stands correct for drug users. It does not for naturals. There is an optimum way to train, naturals cannot handle a mere fraction of the volume or frequency drug users can.

volume,frequency and natural/clean training is relative to individual .some people could handle more or less and that includes someone on drugs as well.7 days a wk is of course insane clean or drugged,,4 days per wk is good start for clean trainer.

There is no blanket routine that will work for everybody, however, that does not change the type of stimulus required, it just means it needs to be tailored to fit the individual so the "response", in this case an increase in muscular mass or strength can be seen.

it doesnt matter that much for natural bodybuilders because your stuck after a couple yr anyways. Plus there is plenty of evidence suggest naturals can actually take more training the enhanced athletes.

No one wants to say or either don't know that you have to train harder on gear that you think. That said, of you don't have a plan for progression you fail. People hate to work and just try to simplify it. It's easy because they make it easy. The fact is it should be hard.

i can show you most of the guys in the gym who do heavy squats and have sticks for legs

and i know a few people who say it's the most rediculous exercise and they only focus on leg extensions and leg press and have massive quads

4 days a week for a clean trainer.. Well if you are trying to actaully grow you muscles try 2 or 3 if you actually want to grow and achieve anything. Complete recovery rate is around 3-9 days for someone who is not hormonised dependant of factors such as age, health and genetics. Most people don't have a clue what is involved to stimulate growth naturally. It is putting the body under high stress so it will adapt, regardless how you do it (weight or volume), most people who train natural do not have a clue how to train to achieve this and achieve next to nothing. Go look in the gym, they are everywhere, they never change. 4 days a week + is fitness and not growing muscle, even still the muscle growt will be limited to very limited for most people and very very time consuming.
