Completely false statement.

Hahahaha, fuck off, geezer.

You're the prime example for this statement, the only time you looked good in your life was when you were on steroids.

Completely false statement.

my statement is tried and true... on myself and "clients" if that's what they call them these days.

Basile is just jealous that you have blue stars and he doesn't.

Also he would have to admit his life is a complete failure if he had to admit my statement is true.

1. drugs (quality + quantity)
2. food (enough, organic)
3. train (moderate and just enough, stimulate and leave alone)
4. stretching (enough to keep nimble)

this is what I do. You'll se what it does to you after 3 months.

Are you saying that people hiring a "Personal Trainer" or paying membership for some obscure training advice from a "guru" on the internet are retards?

Training styles....  ::) ::) ::)

HIT is better than volume

Volume is better than HIT

"Doggcrapp"

Oh boy. Just go to the gym and lift weights, you get muscle because you train hard and inject steroids, not because you train in a certain way.

WORDS OF WISDOM...I couldn't have said it better DK, right on!  If these dummies read in a mag that these bodybuilders got this huge by eating dog crap they would do it.  Just lift and inject...magical!

the biggest scam is doggycrap training and HIT.  LOL at overtraining,,,,fucking pussy ass bitches.  and the other biggest scam, you need to do deadlifts and squats to get big....big what?  big bellied bloated powerlifter who lifts 1000'lbs and you leave the gm and look like any other fatass?  LMAO at guys doing deads and squats,,they are always the most bloofed up watery pregnant from teh side dudes- oh so hardcore, not a vein on their body, but 4 fucked up disks in the spine to show for all that hardcore shit

i'm natural, i do squat and dl, i'm lean, and my body is bigger, more complete, lot of thickness.

Squats and DL aren't bad exercises, it's just that there is NO WAY you have to do them to get big.

But any shitty, half-assed training steroid user looks way better than a natural, if he has legit gear that is.

People seem to forget that bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint.

Take drugs and train consistently ON drugs for 2-3 years, and you will see were you go.

Anything aimed at 12 weeks, 8 weeks, 20 weeks is just one piece of the puzzle. The overall picture is what counts, in this case it doesn't matter what puzzle pieces you use.

There is no blanket routine that will work for everybody, however, that does not change the type of stimulus required, it just means it needs to be tailored to fit the individual so the "response", in this case an increase in muscular mass or strength can be seen.
Agreed

Sad, but your last statement unfortunately is true...and it can't be argued with.  Doesn't take a message board 'expert' with 'elves' to tell you that.  That knowledge has been available for a long time.

Errr no. Size doesn't overcome structure and shape sorry.

Also the way you train is hugely important to a natural.

It also applies to the drugs. Take drugs you have to train twice as hard. I see guys cranking and thinking they dont have to work out as hard and because of this they still look like crap and are weak. I call these people COSMETIC BODYBUILDERS.

Fuck naturals, unless you are truly against drugs and just want to see how far you can take your body naturally. Sadly, that only equates to about 10% of truly natural lifters. The other 90% are just naieve and spend hundreds of dollars thinking they're going to get big by using test boosters, creatine, etc. The majority of "natural" lifters or competitors that are around, like layne Norton, are NOT natural. I don't give a shit what they tell you, or that they pass a lie detector test every time. Those can be passed by anyone, it's easy. A urinalysis is the same thing, short esters, they're in and out quick and you pass as a natural. There's no such thing as natural bodybuilding, so why even bother talking about which routines work best for natural lifters?

In regards to DC training, it does actually work very well, but it is also very detrimental to your joints. Your strength goes up too fucking fast. It wrecked my knees. For me, drop sets work best. I agree with most others posting though, it doesn't matter what program or principle you use. Just go in, tear the shit out of your muscles, lift with GOOD FORM, and leave. You'll get results. I've used 5x5, DC training, drop sets, etc, they all work.

As for cleanest natural, this post saying that being on 2g of AAS makes you feel mildly high, attractive, etc, and now in this thread you say to stretch, eat organic foods, etc. You say come back in 3 months and see what happens? Pppplllleeeeaassssee, you posted multiple pics on here and you're far from massive OR stage ready, so where do you get off reommending people do what you do? Not everyone aspires to look like a runner with 18" quads. I commend you for being on 2g of gear, but for christ sake, train your fucking legs, stay on the 2g or go up to 3, give yourself a year, THEN come back here and we will see what you look like. Normally I wouldn't say a word, I don't care for internet drama, but I DO hate guys who have big egos. I understand that you're using 100mg/day of dbol, 700 test, and 700 tren, but that doesn't make you a beast, not YET. Please, keep it up though, just chill with the whole thinking you're so great posts. It's fucking annoying.

IMO....

Intense training is key... go heavy, or light, whatever, just go balls to the wall....  I'm never been a follower of any of the HIT, or SSSHT... or whatever, I just go in and train!

Then a good bodybuilding diet....  I had always trained hard, but when I started eating like a bodybuilder, thats when I saw big changes!

Supplements are just that... SUPPLEMENTS... they don't mean shit if you're not eating or training right!

I can't really comment on drugs, because I don't have any experience with them except for some pro-hormone/pro-steroid use a while back!

But... at the end of the day, just go in and lift weights hard!

You're a delusional fucker, how many times does someone have to tell you that you used the single most powerful ORAL STEROID in the world you retard, not some "Pro-hormone".

Nah bro, no meltdown. I didn't even use one single exclamation point lol. I just gave my thoughts on the subjects at hand, and the fact that cleanest natural thinks he's huge just because he's on 2g of gear lol.

 looking back at all my training I'm fairly convinced when i made the most progress I trained a few sets heavy/hard on the compund lifts never to faliure but close then just basically talked and loly gagged through the remaining of the workout in about an hour not really low volume but close.

Such as maybe go to the gym

warm up about 3 -4 set
bench 315 x 8
bench 275 12 -14
chins
rows working up to 300 or so
dips/close grips
then odd ball movements such triceps and delts

then do many other movements hard but some what half as
I think I made gained the most combining many bodyparts at one workout such as upper lower/split
chest,back,tris,delts and bis,legs I hate dc but like his split. I even did real well on fullbody if not trying to get on stage and be upper body big its a good way to train.

hard training just never seemed to work well for me

but benching heavy and doing chins and heavy rows in the same day is a very hard way to train. People say not to talk and stuff train I find if I move fast a deliberate it just don't work as well. I have never ran high doses like a pro dose to really no what would happen but decent. I'm not fond of a lot of steroids for various reasons
tren=crazy
eq=not so good if not combined with other compunds
deca= to similar to test
orals=drink to much
I could afford gh if i wanted it just never gave in came close and may have to as im reaching mid 30's

so that kinda limits me I live with people now or i would run tren if I still lived alone I could care less if I'm crazy by myself lol
