strongest steroid Ever? Really??? &guy than all available injectables? really?

So I guess thats the reason, I look the way I do?  Because I took it one year... I guess all my bodybuilding success is attributed to 8 weeks of M1T, right?  Has nothing to do with lifting for almost 10 years, right?

The only thing you look like you lift is a family size bucket of KFC ::)

IMO....

Intense training is key... go heavy, or light, whatever, just go balls to the wall....  I'm never been a follower of any of the HIT, or SSSHT... or whatever, I just go in and train!

Then a good bodybuilding diet....  I had always trained hard, but when I started eating like a bodybuilder, thats when I saw big changes!

Supplements are just that... SUPPLEMENTS... they don't mean shit if you're not eating or training right!

I can't really comment on drugs, because I don't have any experience with them except for some pro-hormone/pro-steroid use a while back!

But... at the end of the day, just go in and lift weights hard!

actually training too hard is more detrimental to progress than training not hard enough

this is the main reason i don't progress i guess  :(

I disagree....  I think "overtraining" is the most over used word in bodybuilding!  If you're eating well, getting enough calories, its very hard to "overtrain"

To each their own, but I'm talking about what I've experienced!

I think people think these work because they've been on the same regime for 10 years and their growth and strength gains stalled.  They try a new FAD workout and holy shit, they feel soreness in their biceps.  It MUSt work, it is a miracle.  But really if they just switched up and did preachers first instead of last they would feel soreness in their biceps.

It's not rocket science.

I would say it is easier to overload the CNS than it is to overload your muscles, yes... but again, if you're getting proper rest, you should be ok!

I don't think its even possible to train as crazy hard balls to the wall EVERY TIME you set foot in the gym, enhanced or not.  I mean, take into consideration life in general, stress, work, illnesses, etc...

What I'm saying is that you should put in an honest effort in the weight room, you should be intense, I dunno how to explain it!

For me, I find... if I'm eating right, I'm consistent with my work outs, I'm training hard... then I respond!

As I said, I've never done any crazy work out split or whatever, I just go in and lift weights to the best of my ability!

I fully agree with your post

I think people tend to complicate bodybuilding way more than they need to, just go in and lift weights, and be consistent about that and your diet.

it is possible but a bad idea

most people dont have enough anger to do it i believe but if you have excess anger it is possible
 but not a good idea

should probably cycle the intensity somehow

I used to overtrain frequently, but that was because I was doing things like DC/HIT style....
heavy weights for lower reps. I found that my muscles weren't holding me back, it was my CNS
from the low rep, really heavy training.
Once I started training with more volume and some higher reps, I found I could train a lot more
and still gain well.
I begin each session with a compound exercise that I try to gain strength on for 7-10 reps.
After that, I just do a lot of sets of a lot of different exercises for higher reps with very short or
no rest periods. I like this style of training.

Training programs are important, maybe more to a natural then juced, i personally changed four training programs in in the last seven months and i was working on strength and let me tell you i progressed very good with no sticking points even gained some thickness to my muscles.
Just as an example i went from a 135 kg bench to a 143 kg at the end of seven monts. Btw. bench was never my strong lift and i platoed on it for years. Strenght was not that important to me in the last couple of years. But after a concentrated more on dumbbell presses in that seven months and went back to benching it increased almoust 10 kilo.
So to me training programs are very important.

I'm a lifetime natural, training for 9 years.  However my best gains have come within the last 2 years.  I find the key is actually isolating the right muscle.  It may sound simple, but soo many people let their ego and numbers get in the way.  I'm almost finished school for becoming an RMT and the anatomy information helped tremendously.  When you know every muscles action, you can figure out how to correct your technique much easier.  I was up to 80lbs flat dumbell press after 2 years of training, but I was using almost all front delts because my shoulders were flared out.  Once I started school, I realized that one of the main actions of pecs is internal rotation of the humerus.  Dropped the weight, kept the elbows tucked, now I'm up to 90lbs and pecs have completely took off.  Biggest tip I would say is learn the anatomy, take the time to feel the right muscle working.  Slow on the negative so you can actually feel a stretch/pull on what your isolating.  Heavy/intense training doesnt mean shit if your just going through the motion.

You`re main priority seems to be increasing your lifts as opposed to hypertrophy.......nothin g wrong with that at all,but you`d probably be better served training on more of a bodybuilding type routine.

You are very lean.................... bulk up just a bit, stay there for a good 6 months, then lean out a bit and I`ll bet you gain some more muscle.

I`m not saying to get fat,but let your bodyfat % go up a few points and see how you do.

In other words..........eat more food, and eat more often.

Look way bigger.  Amazing how deceiving a ripped look can be.   I guess that's why I don't weigh myself anymore been 2.5 years.

well ........ i wanted to hypertrophy

found out it didnt work

so said if i cant hypertrophy let me at least get strength

ideally i want both like any sane individual who lifts weights

when u gain fat to gain muscle the same way u will lose muscle to lose fat, getbiggers agreed on this did they not? not sure.....

i wanted to ask u something by the way i saw this bicep tear thread the other day

so maxing out on preacher curls for sets of 5 is dangerous? should i stop this? i started doing this after watching that ct fletcher guy advocating "power curls", approach preacher curls like powerlifting he said....

now i'm scared of tearing my arms
