yeah, he fools around in the gym every now and but mostly he is into mountain biking which ofcourse is physically demanding. As for food, burgers, fries and pizza. He tried a protein shake once but didn't like it. He is also anti steroids, his father is a construction worker and so that is where he got his genetics from.

Someone once gave him some creatine, but in Sunday School they told him that Jesus is against steroids and creatine and so he prays to Baby Jesus to raise his protein synthesis twice a week and obviously it works.
