So we all train, well, at least 15% of the guys on this board, all use drugs, and it shows a little. We have a bit of muscle, some of us a lot. Not the point though.

Does it happen to you that on occasion, a gay dude makes a pass at you? A smile, comment, full on, etc?

Dunno how, and why the fuck it happens, but I get the occasional homo trying to grab my attention. Reason I asked is that it happened again this morning ... after it happened Saturday night. Some skinny aids-ridden twink on Saturday and a normal looking dude this morning. Now, I'm comfortable enough with my own sexuality to not let this bother me, but, I do wonder you know.

Some of you got some muscle showing here, does this shit happen to you?

I'm often in the enviroment where plenty of open-minded/art oriented, etc.. ppl hang out (quality parties/events, etc..) and yes - plenty of times. Tho' often I can't tell whether it's a homosexual kind of attention or just a regular chit-chat initiated by random guys, based solely on the fact that you have lean muscle on your frame, that many bb'ers can relate to I'm pretty sure.
 The last time was a month ago. A funny lookin laid back fella came up to me and said a few compliments, regarding my physique, out of the blue, I thanked, joked something the we "bumped fists" and he dissapeared in the crowd.. A regular "encounter" for me I'd say lol.. A lil' weird when I think now lol, but that's what you deal with if you stand out from the crowd.

It is happening because no man builds up big muscle to get attention from women; whether you realize it or not you do it to get attention from men.  For the most part women are not interested in artificially large muscles.  As you say, you are secure enough in your sexuality not to be bothered by it, so enjoy the attention while you can.  They day is coming, and sooner than you think, when no one will be hitting on you.  Take some good pix of yourself looking like a stud. When you’re old and spent, you’ll want proof that once upon a time, you were a hottie… like 100 year old Manohar Aich, Mr. Universe of 1952.

Got another 15 years or so being a 'stud' since I'm 31 now. But yea, good advice. What others said here, I think men, gay or straight, admire muscles more than women does. Or at least, women are not openly interested in them. Although, on occasion I have caught them looking. But men look far more than women does. A pity really.

I think it's pretty obvious if you're into dudes.   I see gay men in public from time to time.  They might look at you a second longer than they need to.  You immediately ignore it and look the hot waitress up and down.  never an issue.  I'm pretty sure it's easy for guys (who are into guys) to identify each other quickly. 


from time to time, a drunk guy will introduce himself to chat... you know that embrace where they're man hugging inappropriately.  You excuse yourself and move on outta there.

I have gotten a lot of looks from gay men, but as far as really getting hit on, that has only happened a few times.
I admit it is somewhat flattering at times, unless they are overly aggressive.
I have only had two instances where gay men aggressively hit on me, and it was a little uncomfortable.
One man began rubbing my leg at a party, he was very intoxicated, so I removed his hand and got up and walked
away, no big deal.
Another time when I was really young (19 or 20 I think), an Asian man very aggressively tried to have sexual relations
with me. Begging to give me oral, and trying to get me to have sex with him. This was in Honolulu on an empty street,
I had been asking people where a bathroom was (had to pee badly, was on GHB and had been separated from my friends).
The Asian man was standing right near the main boulevard, and when I asked him if he knew where a bathroom was, he
showed me down an alley way where the harassment began. There wasn't even a damn bathroom. I probably would have
let him blow me if I had a damn place to pee, lol. Maybe I should have peed on him, he may have liked that.

sometimes it's hard to know where straight compliments and touching of the arms ends and genuine schmoe moves begins
