Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 1 cup egg whites
Meal 2: 50g whey protein and water
Meal 3: 1 cup broccoli, 1 sweet potato, 8oz chicken breast
Meal 4: 50g whey protein and water
Meal 5: 1 cup baby spinach, 8oz lean ground beef
