they get a break.  They get to keep more of their money than other industries.  They get the hookup.

If you and your neighbor both earn 50k, and you pay 30% tax rate and he pays 3%, he's getting some free $#*&#$*& money that you're not.

I dont think a flat tax will work - I dont think the rich consume at the same % of income as the broke asses - but I'm fine with it.

If Romeny is INDEED against any kind of "free stoff", he should immediately endorse a flat tax.

He should also repeal welfare.

I didn't say that.  I just said IMO it won't work.  I'm fine with giving it a try.  I just don't think the wealthy are going to consume more - they already haver whatever they want.  However, if you take away 20% of the spending power of the low/mid classes (who already spend 100% of what they earn), that walmart stock is gonna dorp..........
