if you knew what you were talking about ...you would undertand that on primobolana and trenbolona and masterona.....when they are in your blood saturating it...you HAVE to eat icecream ....not even an option ...otherwize you wil be deleted ,, if on hgh ....its  a must but especialy when you take the hgh out....and remain on high anabolics i mentioned...you HAVE TO EAT ICECREAM sometime have to ...you have to eat somewhat rich calories otherwize you will not be in optiomal lean muscle ratio while burnign the fat
