offseason is much more lenient. Lift for 45 mins a day, not doing much cardio if at all. Food preperation is much lazier. Shots can be minimized in offseason too, more switch over to longer esters or atleast eod shots..
You have plenty of time to spend with your family, go to a party if you wish if you have the social skills to fit in or do what ever the fuck you want.
