1. Say yes to everything she asks.  Suck up.
2. At some point, when she's drunk and needs a ride, you're the guy who is the DD to get her home safe.
3. You take her inside, wreck that thing, and she'll fall in love wiht you.

4. if not, at least you'll have the pics so she can never fire you.

Yeah, this will end up well.  Fucking your boss is always a great idea  ::)

My manager at work is female and I've worked with her for about five years now - she's great - hard but fair and you know where you stand with her. She's also three years younger than me, ten inches shorter than me, and about half my bodyweight but for some strange reason I don't mind being bossed around by her!

Plus for all I know she can probably access my Getbig account at work so I have to say nice things!  ;D

Perhaps if you listened to her, she could teach you how to spell  the word initiatives.

I've worked with good supervisors and bad ones regardless of their gender. It seems to me if you have an attitude about having a female boss, you limit you ability to be successful at work.
I didn't know they had female supervisors in the 1930s..... ;)

Yes, as I post on getbig my biggest concern is that I don't have any spelling or grammar errors.  Want to make sure I spell filt, or tenbologna correctly.

I can't say from personal experience that there were female supervisors in the 1930's. I may be old, but not that old.

i report to one of these. i get along working with them pretty well, just have to be nice and not too rough around the edges or they'll cry.

but there is one thing that annoys me regarding females, boss or not, they want to talk behind other coworkers backs ??? it's always some person be it colleague, supplier, boss, who upsets them and they talk to me about it, complaining, and are fishing for support like i am supposed to agree. and i am never willing to give them this support because i don't see any relevance in talking bad about other people. it's just negativity with no way of improving what they are complaining about. i don't know about you but i've noticed this in a huge number of fems but rarely with a male coworker. what is up with that ???

You may be on to something. I notice dogs don't even listen to women's voices, they just don't have a sound of authority to them.

That said, I can still work for a woman manager. If a person is good at what they do, it doesn't matter to me what they are. I'd take a
competent woman manager over a jackass male manager.
The only time I have had any female authority is when I had a female professor in college. Luckily they were all very cool and good at what
they did.

Yes.

Great observation.

I have been in management and told several times I was the easiest manager to work for.  My seniors that were male however did not generally like me because I didn't kiss ass.

I understand why they don't like you from the way you mod.

I work for females and I'm surrounded by them all day. Doesn't really bother me. The main boss Is very nitpicky though. She's always very serious looking for something to pick at. She does a good job though and seems very fair. All of the woman at work like me very much. I'm very respectful to them. Some of them sexually harass me I don't really care, the double standard gets annoying does get annoying sometimes. All in all most of them are very professional. I've had no problems.

Translation - Too soft on your workers.

You're doing it the wrong way. Kiss ass to your superiors and treat your direct reports like bitches. I don't go to work to make friends..... unless there is $$ in it for me  ;)

Either do your job and put your fragile ego and issues to the side or get the hell out of the way for someone who will.  If you yearn to be bossed around by someone with a penis then you should indulge that in your spare time.

my co. work is female and god i have never seen anybody pull so many female cards and so many people falling for it, she behaves like a complete bitch with some of my guys who of course don't just roll over but talk back, when things got heated up and one of them complained that he doesn't like to be talked to the way he was she went on to cry and play the "I am such a fragile girl and I am misunderstood" in the seven month that she is here she has cried about 5 times - three times infront of my Director who of course totally takes her side and is completely sympathetic to her.
I have prove that she told lies and stabbed people in the back as well - in fact she is about the classic office bitch If I have ever seen one and just to be sure I am heard... I have worked with GREAT female co workers gender makes fuck all difference - some of the guys i work with are complete cunt's as well.

The weird thing is she doesn't need all the drama, she's actually really good in her job and I mean really good, things are better now but there was a time when I was being blamed for anything that happend - you don't support her, you are not a team player your team is rude etc. etc. etc. every day for about 4 month i was in and out of meeting rooms getting slapped just because of her.

And yes I may have said things that she though were a little rude, but when she snaps at me or talks out of turn and tries to argue with me AFTER 2 MONTH IN THE JOB VS ME BEING 5 YEARS IN THE JOB !!! about my team that I am leading since 4 years and tries to tell me in a meeting room full of other managers about something that isn't true and she was corrected in that meeting room I am not going to roll over and take it - I verbally hit back! but what she does :D is she makes this face and looks down on the ground and before you know it you are the bad guy EVERYBODY forgets who snapped first lol.

Like I said she's the first one I have ever seen playing the bitch female game.

It's simple. God created man to lead and have authority over a woman.

Not brutal/domineering authority like muslims, but in a security/leadership/responsiblity bearing kind of way. And men should have the final say, period.

Women and men are equal, but do they have the same strengths.....No.

Obviously there are exceptions to the rule, some natural gifted women that make great leaders/bosses. But majority of the times these female leaders/bosses have to put in far more effort to get there, stay there, and 'act up'.

Not being sexist at all here, but up until 1950's the above method worked pretty well.

If she's there on merit and not some fucking affirmative action scheme where the weaker of the species need a constant push, then yes, I have no issues working with anyone, regardless of sex or color. Saying that, I'm the UK, so you fucking better learn Western traditions and languages quick and not bring your backwards ways to the office. Like some low level, worthless mobs we employ through a government scheme, making noises for wanting a prayer room. It's not what they can do for themselves and for us, but what they can get out of it for them.

But females. As long as they leave the problems, periods and mood swings at home, I'm fine with it. Still prefer male managers though. They're always good for the odd racist or sexist jokes. Can do that while weaker species are around, they'd fucking want something for free to massage hurt feelings.

In my experience the 2 or 3 female bosses I have had are the only females I've ever respected. I prefer them to males bosses no sense of competition, however they are the rarest kind of bitches that don't gossip and shit.
