This GH15 gimmick does nothing but bring heat to the game at this point, his "advice"  being heralded as "insider secrets" just shows how loathe the average lifter is to read for themselves. GH15 is a couple average genetic gym rats CATEGORICALLY NOT a pro by any stretch, in fact one of the GH15 perma-bulkers  has pretty hellacious gyno as I understand it.
