the worst Mr Olympia ever.

One of the worst backs of all time for a Mr Olympia. 70% of the back has no detail. Back double bicep looks horrible.

Front lat spread is not good at all.

The worst abs of any bodybuilder. The midsection is just disgusting.

Wide, but not good a good way. He is a stocky dwarf in reality. I tower over him and I am just as wide.

He deserves maybe 1 Olympia at most because the other competitors were awful as well. It's probably this one, but he still sucks!

Hahaha, he has skin folds on his back and absolutely no detail. This dude became Mr O because of quad separation, which is complete bull shit. He single handed destroyed the legacy of great backs win the Olympia. And that broke down T-Rex isn't much better winning the Arnold.

While that's true, prime Ronnie gives up 20 lbs and is 3" taller than Jay. Cutler here would make the 98-01 Coleman look a lot smaller than he was used to.

The oil really started to show its ugly head. And today it completely turned on Jay. His legs will always look great. But the upper body especially the back is toast. Jay is known to be a slave to the oil and in the end it was his downfall.

His best ever has never been onstage (as with so many others). There are pics of him x weeks out where he actually HAS vascularity in his upper body as well. A lot of bodybuilders are fucking themselves up majorly the last few days/minutes through carb depletion and loading (bound to cause water retention), diuretics and who knows what else.

If they just coasted in on the diet they were doing 2-3 weeks out, most would look muc better.

Case in point: if he stepped onstage like this without all the last minute antics, he probably would have beaten Heath
