Ok we know nobody here drinks milk so the the question is about which cereal produces the most benefit without milk. IMO It's best to keep a box of this by the bedside for latenight tren induced hypoglycemic episodes. great for rapidly correcting blood sugar levels.  WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE?1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we can't discuss this stuff here because somebody may move the thread to the steroid board. don't ask me. you need to have enough carbs otherwise you may "stall the body" hehe...according to some, that's what I heard anyway. I wouldn't worry about it. if it's fast acting it's in and out so you can adjust to your comfort rapidly!

UK stuff is terrible We have shops here that sell lot of the US brands but it's kind of a fad and you are looking at £7 for a small box of lucky charms FFS! Thats like 10$ for a box of cereals oh brother I bet the shop owner is 'just getting by' on those margins
