Erik Fankhouser is a popular IFBB professional bodybuilder for many reasons, but one, amongst us, stands out the most. Erik has his principles whare as he balances his life between family, work and being an IFBB Pro.

In this video workout, Erik goes through his decision on exercises he chooses for growth. As huge and as strong as Erik is, he still needs to concentrate in order to allow for optimal growth in the off season.

Erik also announces his first pro contest of the year will be here in Chicago this summer.
