It's all cool Phil follows in the footsteps if his daddy, Jay, but sometimes he should think out-the-box. Gifted Athletics is a copycat of Cutler Athletics, but it's more brandable. It would be so much more like G-Fit from Gina A. Rework the logo, name and product line, Phil, while you are eating 8 meals a day and sitting around.

philsulina is rubber,, the muscle if ffull of fat,,

being full is nto a problem ....gh and insulina wil get you as full as possible ,,hardness? i never thought philsulina was EVER hard,, hard in today terms? yes but not hard lol hecant be nail hard because insulina is what gave him the size...
dry? when you are low body fat betwween skin and water..you will get dry ....you add in diuretic and you are dry

he just look like a doll ,, rubber doll...i always say take condom put water in it let it sit blown up infront of you ...this is what philsulina is,, he has no legit muscle past 200-210lb

i remeber you once making a post asking about phil heaths triceps... asking if they got that big because of him continiously bouncing a basket ball when he used to play....

come on.. those years and years and years of dribbling up and down up and down up and down.. that has to have primed his triceps for growth.. im not saying they would look DRAMATICALLY different without the basketball in his past.. but like a 1/4-1/2 less thick and round..

o all the above mentioned phil is the narrowest thats partly why his arms look so big against his body...

His glutes and hamstrings are fucking steel cords -- not rubber muscle. when a tricep has what we call CROSS-striations, that is steel hard. Rubber WONT striate.

Yes certain muscles appear over blown and exaggerated, but certains body parts are steel. inner biceps are paper-then....

Not giving this guy enough credit.

i did not find him impressive in real life but that's because he was surrounded by guys like dennis wolf dennis james dexjax

in the middle of a bunch of normal people he would probably very impressive

just doesn't have that powerful look imho compared to dexter

dexter arm looks like it can lift a toyota hilux like a shopping bag
