lol yes you can have your opinion.
i probably use the least amount of gear of anyone on here, besides the so called "nattys" of course 
its just the more and more i read into it..protein is very overrated, now im not saying 20g is enough lol but 150 should be plenty i would think. after all overall calories+training+rest+drugs=bigger better you 
thats your problem right there. PROTEIN isnt overrated, it just that you have been told to eat every 2 fucking hours and include at least 40grams of protein per meal you eat

IMO, eating 3 square meals, 2 shakes, and small snakcs here and there are OK... of course thats for the typical juicer/ gym rat
if your taking 40ius of GH, and are on 4+ grams of compounds a week, then you will eat more, why? its because someone who takes tht much stuff is in it to get big ( not necesarily fat-free big, but they just wanna get big and worry about cutting later)...
so for the normal fella, i think 3 square meals and 2 shakes should suffice
