gear or no gear...how much?

i know this has been beat to death like a dead horse but whats everyone getting in?

i was at 200g+ ed ,but as of late 100-150 would be about right and really havent noticed a difference...discuss

I used to eat only 200 or so grams of protein. I recently doubled it. I figure I spend all this money on AAS and I spend time in the gym,
I have to eat something to grow, so why not be on the safe side and make sure a lot of it is protein.
Some say you waste it, piss it out, whatever, but if I need some additional cals and my goal is muscle building, I'll eat more protein as opposed
to fats or carbs.

eat three square meals , and couple of shakes, should be enough

morning : eggs should be the staple... so eggs and some wheat bread

Lunch: chicken salad, or steak tip salad, or anything with chicken or steak or fish being the main portion

dinner: again, chicken ,red meat or seafood should be the stable.

i personally have a scoop of protein between breakfast an lunch, and i sip on 2 scoops of protein during my workout

that should be enough

honestly dude you need to focus more on training and your diet than on 'how much steroids' to take.

once you get those first two figured out, than add the third. taking more drugs isnt going to help you until you learn the first two.

and besides thats a dumb question anyway. there is a world of difference between compounds, effects and other variables to lump them all into a mg per day ideal. id explain it to you but you wouldnt get it anyway- its about the look and size you want and using a combination of compounds to get that look over time, not taking 200mg a day of what the fuck ever, eating like shit, training like a pansy and hope to wake up looking like dennis newman one day 6 months down the road.

my bad- if you look at you original post it makes it wound like your asking how much gear to take a day, not protein. regardless my opinion is still valid and stands. :D

yeah i am living the dream.

i probably use the least amount of gear of anyone on here, besides the so called "nattys" of course ::)

its just the more and more i read into it..protein is very overrated, now im not saying 20g is enough lol but 150 should be plenty i would think. after all overall calories+training+rest+drugs=bigger better you :D

thats your problem right there. PROTEIN isnt overrated, it just that you have been told to eat every 2 fucking hours and include at least 40grams of protein per meal you eat ::)

IMO, eating 3 square meals, 2 shakes, and small snakcs here and there are OK... of course thats for the typical juicer/ gym rat

if your taking 40ius of GH, and are on 4+ grams of compounds a week, then you will eat more, why? its because someone who takes tht much stuff is in it to get big ( not necesarily fat-free big, but they just wanna get big and worry about cutting later)...

so for the normal fella, i think 3 square meals and 2 shakes should suffice
