Zimmerman - Self Defense Class or Benching 500 an Up? whats next?

After the recent Zimmerman vs Trayvon accident in which somehow Zimmerman ended up discharging the gun at Trayvon and killing him. Obviously a 250lbs 5'9 would not be able to run down a 6'3 170lb lean football player so Trayvon must have attacked first.

So, in USA if I am to be attacked by an African American and I am white is it legal for me to defend myself? Or am I being racist by using any means of self defense necessary? Do I have an rights as a white person?

ZImmer exaggerated on the 911 call. "He looks like he's on drugs, he has something in waistband, he is pulling it, something is in his hand" - He was justifying a shoot BEFORE it happened.

Then he was told not to pursure, the police were minutes away - he did it anyway.

Then he hung up the phone and an altercation happened.

He had zero to 1 marks on his face - this story of ONE MINUTE of beating head against concrete just isn't backed up.

And, his account for events are TEXTBOOK what you say to beat the rap and make it a legal shoot.  Down to the wording, perfectly, "He said YOU DIE TONIGHT".  I mean, I carry a permit, I've seen the bloodthirsty owners begging to shoot someone, walking around rehearsing this terminology should they need it, and it sickens me.

The guy is full of shit.  He got knocked down and hit once or twice and blasted the guy, after chasing him in the dark against police orders.  He set the stage for a shoot, got his shoot, then immediately went to the legal speak to beat the rap.  If you don't smell BULLSHIT on his story, I don't know what to say.

I`m serious though.  You can`t just go and attack someone.  You can follow anyone you want.  If Trayvon were scared he could have called the police.  He didn`t.  He went right up to Zimmerman as he was getting in his car, asked "Do you have a problem", Zimmerman replied, "No", and then Trayvon said, "Well you do now" and then proceeded to hit him in the face, jump on top of him and then bang his head against the curb.

Zimmerman shoots him once while he is on top of him at point blank range as Zimmerman was worried Trayvon was going to get his gun.

Now Al Sharpton and the Blacks and the White-Guilters all want to call this racism and make Trayvon a victim?  Fuck that.
