I stubbed the middle toe on my left food... the end is swollen and sore but i can still ball my toes on that foot...

do i need to do anything?

Unless said toe is fucked up beyond recognition most doctors usually don't even do anything.. at most they'll tape the toe to it's neighbor to keep it more stable in order to heal it for a couple of weeks.

I've broken a couple of toes... one time I broke 4 at once. The middle one was pretty fucked up:

Broken
Bent
Dislocated
Twisted to the point where the flesh under the toe ripped apart

Didn't hurt that bad really.. worst part by far was when they injected the area with an anesthetic. The needle hurt like fuuuuuu

Gym class. No shoes. Bunch of twats running past me all of the sudden chasing a ball and one of them stepped on my left foot pretty hard. Since I was stationary and he was moving he actually managed to "roll" my toes hence why they got so fucked up.

I doubt its broken! I think you damaged your nail bed. It will be much better in 48 hours. (if your toe was broken it would be bent). Dont worry if you have some bruising.

OK,I was drinking in a bar,she offered me a ride home,we got to my house,I invited her in for a beer,she thinks I`m gonna` fuck her,but while she had a beautiful face,she probably was close to 300 pounds..............aske d her to leave repeatedly,she refused got pissed tried to slap me,I slammed her against the wall,pushed her to the door and kicked her in the ass breaking my toe in the process.

Fifteen minutes later she comes back with the cops and says I stole her earrings,they had fell off her ears when she hit the wall and were on the floor...............cop pulls me aside outside and whispers in my ear......."Tim,what the fuck were you doing with that" ?

All I wanted was a ride home and broke my toe which still won`t bend to this day.........fat bitch!

Fractured mine last month and after a $50 co-payment visit for the emergency wound up receiving a roll of scotch tape to bound tweaks toe together with next toe inline, scheduled me to come back in a month for a check-up which includes $10 co-pay and 30 minute drive and 45 min. wait in lobby and I passed!

Take your time.
Broke mine 3 months ago when a 10lb plate fell on it - pain was suffocating.
As luvmonkey said - they won't do much as the toe tips aren't very mobile.
