Look at the double bicep pic he has good forearms. In the first pic he is not in competition shape, so you will get fat on your upper arm, but not on your forearms.

I think it is more that he shoots alot of oil based products in them. They like the site injections, even though the pro gh15 uses his ass only.

They all use SEO. Every single one of them both past and present. For a pro it can be a crucial extra inch with no loss of shape whatsoever.

You only notice when they use too much and/or there is significant scar tissue build-up.
