I still think its a look and a lifestyle most hipster girls would not appreciate and may actually look down up on. Even if you were to throw on some clothing bought at the nearest thrift store and take a ride on your 1960s bike to your nearest coffee shop they will still see a meathead.

Guys like me and you who spend time in the gym and injects roids is not likely to fit in with that crowd. No matter how educated, articulate, well mannered a person may be most will not be able to see past the muscles. i fit in very well with my gf's friends, all of whom are "hipsters", attend a private university, studying anthropology and international relations, etc. the girls are always feeling my muscles, giving me hugs, and dancing with me whenever they can.

A truly intelligent person knows that a person can have muscles, a great personality, play in a band, etc. A ignorant person would assume that a person only has that one interest, and is merely only what they see on the surface. If you have ANY personality all you need to worry about is how you are going to fit in appearance wise and meet their criteria. That doesn't mean wear skinnies and  non-prescription glasses, but just dont look like your going clubbing or are in a frat. You'll be fine in Levi's, a vneck, and a flannel (if you can find one that fits). Let your personality do the rest. I've never lied to a girl to get her in bed, some of those things on the list are desperate
