per week is a bit rapid. thats a quarter inch in two weeks.
i buy so much greens sometimes i dont eat them up fast enough and they get a bit soggy in the bag so i cook them with cream of mushroom and add some feta cheese with those little fried onion things on top SO GOOD
i forgot to add it helps to chop em up very finely or blend them up in a food processer first, add green beens but dont blend those up.. just like a green bean casserole
