Cycle for hamstring recovery
« on: March 29, 2012, 12:05:47 PM »
Bad hamstring pull. Young athlete. Need cycle advice for recovery. Currently going through therapy, E-stim, ice and ultrasound. If anyone has been through this and found a good formula, please respond. Thanks.
