My wife gets these, and I massage the sides of her neck all the way to the base of her skull - after 5 mins they totally disappear, so must be tension causing it.

If your boyfriend is as strong as me you can ask him to give it a shot

Providing it's only a simple headache and not a brain tumor... 1/2 tab(100mgs) of caffeine works for me every time.

Reading every tedious thread you create gives me a head ache. You'd relieve Getbig if you fucked off.

Hope this helps.

If you are getting tension headaches in that they feel like a tight-wrapped headband (particularly around the front of the head - basically a dull, ongoing headache) I used to get something similar to this. What cured them for me, similar in results I believe to what BigCyp mentioned, is doing neck exercises where you deliberately tuck the chin in tight like the image below. What was causing my headaches was via having my neck at a 'slack' angle with my neck all bent and not in line with my spine, so it was causing a lot of strain of my neck and the result was the headaches. Even as a general ongoing rule try to keep your neck 'up & in'.

yea i probably should do some type of exercises for my neck, thanks for the suggestion though man

just been stressed a lot lately as im having problems with the gf, well its been going on several months on and off..hopefully get this straightened out soon...im too damn young for this type of shit lol

Depends what kinds - serious headaques, bordering on migraines - use a prescription which has Butalb, Acetamin and Caffience.  Works great.
