hope it goes well.  if i ever get my back fixed i'll  get you to find me a show there that we can both do.  give me a reason to train again. the only show i am allowed to do in Canada is the nationals, and i don't even get looked at there.

get them shredded and they'll look bigger.  a short guy with small legs looks bad. a tall guy with shredded thighs looks good even if they are smaller than upper.
