According to LA Times: The 15-year-old Northern California cheerleader, law enforcement officials believe, was abducted outside her home the morning of March 16. Santa Clara County officers and FBI agents have interviewed dozens of Sierra's friends and family members.
The day after she disappeared, deputies found Sierra's cellphone lying near a road less than a mile from her home. The next day, her black and pink Juicy Couture purse turned up — with her underwear and San Jose Sharks jersey folded neatly inside.

According to Huffington Post: Volunteers searching for clues in the disappearance of California teenager Sierra LaMar discovered a handcuff box and used condoms about a mile from where she had likely been abducted. The items were found Thursday afternoon by a volunteer associated with the KlaasKids Foundation, said a spokesman for the Santa Clara County Office of the Sheriff.
"We did collect [the items] as possible evidence because of the nature of the items and [because they were found] close to Sierra's mom's house," Sgt. Jose Cardoza told The Huffington Post.
The items were found at the end of Palm Avenue, which is about a mile from where Morgan Hill, Calif., resident LaMar was supposed to board the school bus the day she disappeared. The handcuff box was empty and the used condoms were found about 5 feet away, according to Cardoza.

I have a soft spot for missing people, it's one of the most cruel experiences any human (especially females) can endure. Do you fellas think she's still alive at this point?

Tragically there is very little chance she is still alive.. pretty girl, hopefully it's just her trying to run away or something though

The mom? That's a bit outta left field dont ya think. I've read the father is a registered sex offender, but the mom to be possibly guilty in her daughter's kidnapping beats me dude.

No no. I saw the mom interviewed. She was lying constantly. She would not answer anything. She just looked very nervous. She didn't even want to be on TV.

I know about the dad's history. Maybe mom knows that dirty ol' dad did something. Who knows? I'm putting my money on mom knowing answers. IMO.

These type of cases fucking sicken me. I pray to the universe on the 1% chance that she is alive and well.

So I would be nervous as hell being on tv to! Some people get anxiety in those situations.

Sadly fairly slim chance she's alive, would have to be one cold woman for the mother to be harbouring the killer though, though if it is the father it has happened many times before and the mom has kept her mouth shut.
