when you train someone lik e singerman ,, you cant just tlel him to do drop sets like this ,, he is not on same hormones you use ,, he is not on mega dosing all day long trenbolona and gh insulina combos,, you dont do nthing to his muscle...it will only remain same or decrease in size,, usualy remain same since singerman is on hormones but...on the gymnasium rat level hromones

now i do undersnd that zack is psycotic and its hard to keep your brain in tact while he is thre,, but fell some mercy for the singerman fella,, he cant go through same routine styles as in intensity we do he wont grow EVER if does it,,

Aaron or any girl in that gym could hang with them with this workout. The only way this could be described as intense is if you are referring to muscular endurance. Also I like how the camera man would point out Aaron's form yet not the others. Just because you are bigger doesn't mean that flaring your elbows out will work your triceps more.

Does anyone know whether or not Zack might be a special needs person? I would hate to speak ill of the man if he is not as fortunate.

We need the Zanes, Paris, Benfatto, ect.
but bodybuilding would be boring without the
Coleman's, Greene, Ruhl's and even Heath
who is a mini mass monster with better than average
aesthetics.
I do agree though that aesthetics and structure should count
more than they do now. Definitely would have had
Evan and Wolf ahead of Branch at the AC and I think
this is where people are getting put off.
Out of the whole AC line up you really can't beat
Brandon Curry just standing there in the semi-relaxed
front shot.
