Why do these crossfit nonsense have to foul up the standard 45 lb Olympic plates with their 45lb-looking, yet sub-45-lb ...15,16/whatever-number plates on each side, totalling 300 lbs. or whatever.
You could have 125 plates on each side, each totaling .05 pounds, and it still wouldn't be as impressive as three 45 lb. plates on each side...adding up to 315.
