Thanks for the concern. I do lift though; you are right, it only takes a few minutes a few times a week. But I'm definitely skinny-fat compared to steroid-abusing IFBB Pros!

In my opinion,

Mike Mental was a poor sport and a fuckin nut. A wanna-be bodybuilding scientist trying to sound like he was smarter than he was. I'm surprised that negro didn't wear a lab coat during his "lectures". What a phony. He, along with anyone who tried to come up with the ideal training system for hypertrophy, was wasting his time and ours. To me GH15 has done more for the sport wih his real talk about hormones than Mike Mentzer ever did with all of his many volumes of nonsense.

Froma physique point of view he was short and blocky with stubby arms, wide hips and a big butt. He did look good in a few photos when he was at his all-time best. However, he wasn't at his all-time best in 1980 and thus got smoked by the real greatest of all time. The universally recognized King of Bodybuilding, Arnold.

Hey gimmick, I've already answered your question, and Sandows are irrelevant anyway, because MENTZER IS THE GREATEST. You're just jealous, so you keep sucking up to Arnold, who was clearly off in '80. Clearly Sandows aren't the barometer for greatness, otherwise Mentzer would have the most.
