bodybuild is illusion ,, its mainly an ilusion ,, you can have arms 16 inch looking huge,, you can have arms 20 inch looking big but weird looking,, and you can have arms 20 inch looking SMALL!
it all depends on diff factors...wehter you have seo or implents for it to look weird...wether you are lean inorder for it to look huge when they are not...and being a fatzo bloofball for it to look small when you are 20 inch
the key KEY KEY KEY KEY IN BODYBUILD IS TO FIRST AND FORSMOT AIM IN BEING L E A N ,, i keep teling you this all the time,, when you get to be lean you will see the body changes from round to squary ,,, if you are full lean it wil be squary and round como which is invinsible....but! the key is to be lean ,, and no not 10% lean but into the 8% and then 7% and 6 % each stage will bring more and more conditioned muscle into the surface and will make you look BIGGER eventhough weight little less....the visual effect is tremendous...it make 160lb fellas soimetime looking bigger than 180lb fellas and 190lb fellas...in picturesand in times in reality if the 190lb fellas are 12% bloofness...
there is NOTHING that make muscle show better than being lean ,, when you are lean your traps look 100 times bigger...your delts sudenly look bigger! because...you got the shelve and the lines between pecs delt conection clear and cutting into the skin ....you sudenly have your pecs look and appear wider.....why? for the bodyfat is so low that the skin attack itself to the actual shape of the pec muscle and create an illusion of enlarged surface which make the typical whore see you as a never ending place to lay her head on ... that if you have pecs lol then they complain its too hard lol ,, but! same for arms! the arms sudenly show detail that make them look big eventhough they maybe only 18 inches...and yes 18 inch is big arm ...but to make 17 inch appear 19 ...now THIS! is when you walk around 6% conditioned dry
then ofcourse...when you are lean you can do many daily and hourly changes to ones physiqe you dont wait for months...little oil and you are super lean and another inch on there
