when eating several cups of bean everyday yes I feel more energetic, but also I feel more displeased and furious in my thought process. has anyone else experienced this?
what do you put on the beans?
sometimes when im eating rice at lunch i dont put anything on it, its bland as fuck doesnt taste that great but i feel decent after i eat it. i probably need to get back into eating beans everyday
but i do eat my leafy greens everyday, carrot juice , strawberries ect
