Another T-Rex armed Branch clone doing half ass reps.  Jay also specializes in this.  I'm sure he could do 215 with his pressing style.  Also, what was he lifting and how far out was he from the O?

No shit, I don't understand some people here. They think 405 on the bench is a lot, which is play time weight for me by the way, yet I couldn't fucken budge those dumbells, bad form or not, that is crazy to even move them, anyone that knows what heavy lifting is all about would know that this guy would destroy 4 plates a side like nothing probably even 5 plates for reps all day long, this guy is strong as fuck, props. Smiley

At that weight and at the speed he is repping the dumbells it takes a lot of muscle to control them that well. So disregard the ROM, this guy is a beast.
