Let's see your mighty physique and mighty lifts, anyone with some serious strength in the gym can relate and will know how truly impressive this really is, the ones that can't lift shit are not impressed, go figure 8)

Exactly, and for all you "STUDS" out there, that's Stan Efferding handing one of the dumbbells to Eric...If I'm not mistaken he is the current strongest 275 three lift lifter in the world ?? Also his total is even more than the 308 class HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Anyone who thinks pressing 210's for 17 reps after he did his regular bench work(which by the way was no joke) is easy obviously knows nothing nothing about lifting weights !!, I'm pretty sure he went up to 585 that day for multiple sets and reps (Something like 3 sets for 3-4 reps each set) Like I've said before any of you "STUDS" are more than welcome to come train with us anyday you choose...OPEN INVITATION !!

Crazy strength

To those who trash on this guy's feat, I say this: you're complete jackass know-nothings who will never amount to anything, from a bodybuilding or a powerlifting/strength perspective.

Those who genuinely train like real men know the score.

Well said my friend  ;)

Well, I am just tired of reading nonsense from people who CLEARLY know next to nothing about hardcore strength and strength/power training.

These are the same twatwaffles who watch, say, a video of a 1,000-pound-plus deadlift and the only thing they can say is, "He's fat."

The internet's an awesome medium. Unfortunately it has also given a voice to the ignorant and foolish.

Haha, bunch of trolls in here. This guy's strength on the bench is unrivaled by anyone in the world today. He's the guy who benched 600 for a perfectly controlled 6 reps, then did 405 for 26, close gripped 495 lbs for 9 and now 210 lb dumbbells for 17.

He's the true definition of bench monster. His forearms are as thick as some peoples' thighs. :o

Fuck that, this guy reps 405 like it's the bar, I struggle with 315 for 2. ;D Would be amazing to watch this guy train, though. I've never even see anyone bench 405, never mind 600 for 6!

Genius....since when is bodybuilding about the MOST weight?

Funny thing....no one has said anything like "what weight would he be doing if he didnt have the chemical assistance in him"....

sorry but I am interested in bodybuilding, not so much fat power lifting.  There is nothing eye opening about an overweight guy on steroids doing half reps.

Now put a in shape power lifter doing something like a 600lbs bench press for 5 reps or more with no suits/gear...  Now you are talking about impressive weight and looking good.

The guy is about 2 steps away from a massive coronary. I mean, when you have 65% bodyfat it sure does make the lift easier.

He's not fat, he's just bloated from massive doses of anadrol.

crazy strength, the way he manhandles the weights when he gets out of the groove is insane... loosing balance with a 210 would tear my shoulder out of it's socket but he just corrects himself and does another rep with it.

Fucking strong dude. I think my most was 120's when I was around 19. Was natural at the time too. The most impressive thing I ever saw was an 18 year old guy coming in, take the 150's, and throw up 12 full range reps, all cold. I was gobsmacked. These days I rarely go above 100's as I train for shape and not brute strength. My heart isn't in it as much anymore so anything above the the 120's is probably asking for an injury. 210's, I might just be able to hold them steady.
