Sounds like a lot of target practice.  Their budget keeps going up too.  Not sure I buy they were just using up what was left of the budget knowing how much they keep expanding operations every year.  I'm sure they would have been thrilled to put more highway checkpoints in place.  

I guess they're also buying a bunch of bulletproof guard shacks equipped with stop and go lights but they won't say what they're for.  Wonder how long it will be until traveling from one state to another is like going through an old East German border checkpoint.

I dont really know what to think anymore. Many things startle me. The complete lack of explanation for some things bothers me as well.
I kind of feel like theyre preparing to deal with hyper-inflation in case something bad happens with the dollar. (Since there has been talk of moving away from the dollar as the worlds reserve currency.)

actually they do.  I was screaming about these huge ammo purchases back in 2005 during my CT era.  Just a budgetary thing and a preparation thing.  And yes, those fckers do use hollow points for target practice.  You and I don't - because that shit is expensive.  Govt doesn't care.  They shoot what they use.

SO yeah, while there is a lot of shit to worry about in this world, this isn't one of those things.  Remember that a society where the govt is capping all of its own people isn't very good for business.  Cause dead ppl don't pay taxes or perform their jobs or keep society going.  Same with the martial law fear that AJ and friends espoused for the last 2 decades.  If you shut down society, then your govt runs out of $ and stores run out of food when the walmart truck drivers stop coming to work.  bad for business.

How about worrying about when the inevitable crash occurs and the government is using those hollowpoints on looters and people who are going to riot as soon as they get any excuse.
