Racist post reported. Reason: Ghetto blacks get angry when you point out that they are much more likely to commit a crime than whitey, who they hate. Also they hate facts.

My only argument against that is it isn’t genetic or bio that makes blacks commit crimes.

And for the record... My BLACK family fuckin rocks.... so its kind of hard for me to accept the notion that blacks have an genetic disposition to crime, when my family and every black family that is close to me are successful, educated law abiding Americans.

CAPITAL MURDER CHARGE FILED IN DEATH OF MOTHER


3:30a.m.-Overnight officials who diverted all their attention to locating Keegan shifted gears and sought to bring charges against the suspect. When SWAT ran on the Fawnridge Apartments where as they were there McClain returned to the apartments and asked to speak to detectives. She then told detectives she shot Golden and took the baby to her apartment on Sugar Pine in Harris County.

The baby was then recovered from the suspects home on Sugar Pine Circle just off FM 1960 in the Ponderosa area.

Overnight Capital Murder charges were filed on Verna Deann McClain, 30. She confessed to the incident. At an earlier date she told her sister she would be adopting a child soon. After the shooting and kidnapping she contacted her sister and told her she now had the child and would need to do the adoption.

McClain has no prior record and is a licensed vocational nurse registered in the State of California since 2008.

She is being held in the Montgomery County Jail without bond.

Another person of interest is being questioned.

In an exclusive, off-camera interview, the mother of an attempted rape victim, a young mother shot in the back while walking with her baby, told us her daughter is still fighting for her life.

She is in critical condition and still unable to breathe on her own.

Under arrest for the vicious attack is 18-year-old Job Hughley. Police say before shooting this woman in the back, he raped two other women, one on April 4 and the other on April 10.

The day before that, police believe he murdered Mike Cavanaugh in cold blood while he was taking a nap in Stoepel Park.

Meanwhile, people in the community say they still walk the streets with fear. Many told us that they carry guns, knives and even pepper spray just to go to the mailbox not knowing what they will face.

Zimm was detained , put in coughs, went over the story with the cops on three occasions from what i understand they felt there was not enough evidence to make a probably cause arrest.   Same with the DA who did not take it to a grand jury.
