30-50 gms protein and some fruit for good carbs and call it a night.  don't listen to these bitches about eating a heavy meal. 

yeah I might have to start using whey protein again. Is whey protein a good protein or is it just marketing industrial leftover crap as something healthy and "effective"? what's the truth, does anyone really know?

IF it's after midnight, the only thing I'm going to have period is a whey or milk and egg protein shake.  No cooking when I should be dreaming...
