Wicked upper body. The quad suck tho, they have size but no teardrops. Did the best he could with his genetics

What? The Shadow had great quads and hammies in his prime. The dude revolutionized the sport from a size / conditioning perspective. Too bad that ultra heavy high intensity balls to the wall training style repeatedly injured him to the point of forcing him to retire. The man was a beast. He also used his intelect to his advantage spending much less useless time in the gym and achieving superior results in record time.

He was different from the rest and it showed in his achievements.
