first i thought this gh15 fella wa out of his mind with his powder hate
but now, after stopping whey isolate for two or three month to give his claims a chance, after using supps it for 15 yrs straight, i have admit he was 100% right
first i "just" felt better
than i got leaner (water and fat)
Than i got stronger
and then, not beliving in my feelings 100% i got a blood test done:
SHGB and estrogen levels are 1/3 lower than before
i have no idea what is the biological reason,, maybe humans are not made for taking 50gramms of free amino acids just to pis it out 30min later
but supps aren t just waste of money, they hold bodybuilding sucess away from the people mislead from the industry
it s poison in a pretty bottle
