Wrestlers make hardly any money. hell even the top wrestlers on WWE smackdown or raw don't make shit. when Chris benoit died and killed his family I heard he only made 500,000$ a year sounds like alot to the average joe but not for wrestling for 20 yrs and being a past WWE champ. He was a top wrestler and made nothing compared to other sports! hell it's crazy what they take for pay after 20 years of abuse. even being a top WWE champ the guy made 500,000$ a year! thats just depressing. No wonder he killed himself.I guess if touching men and getting on top of them makes you happy. your in the right biz.Btw are byou taking any tips from vincent goodrum/ maybe you guys could set-up a match! Vince is gay he would love wrestling with you!Hell vince would probably pay to wrestle with you.

Indy wrestler: $200-$400/month
Good indy wrestler: $400-$800/month or more depends on the location I guess...what kind of shows...how many shows...
FCW/WWE wrestler: $2,000-$7,000/month
WWE wrestler: $8,000-$10,000/month and up to $1,250,000/month

I'm ready for the challenge. But I need the fame more than the money...

What "they" want does not have to be the most optimal path in your wrestling career.

More accent and hungarian sentences = You will be a good heel but nothing more than that. You will be stuck with that persona.

Better english and more charisma = You can become much more popular with the fans, and even (if everything progresses well) move to a bigger league.

You heard wrong Benoit salary was 900,000 a year base. That doesn't include ppv bonus ect. once again Steve everybody starts at the bottom. Just do your thing and listen to veteran guys who have made money. Never listen to people who are always negative because they have never done anything outside of the lame life and regular job they have. Good luck you will need it for that business.

Steve - I give you alot of credit. For all the haters, trying falling on your back 20-30 times in a row and try to walk the next morning. I had to do this in a wrestling school and couldnt walk comfortably for a week.

Yes, i think you would be even more successful and go places in this line of business (wrasslin') if you improved your english even more and became more "American".

You have the persona and physique, just need the language and way of expression to further your charisma.

If we are LUCKY, you can become the next Hungarian Santino Marella, who is still successful despite accent.

Scene-presence and Charisma is what's most important though, and being well-spoken to draw the crowds.
A well-spoken Wrestler draws a bigger crowd, unless you want to be stuck in that Hungarian Heel/Villain-persona for the rest of your wrestling-career.

I came to California, won my last amateur (first american) show easily

I was on magazine covers worldwide

I got my IFBB pro card...I was the youngest IFBB Pro in 2007...made my pro debut at 23.

I moved to the USA with NOTHING...4 suitcases and $3k

got married on the beach in Florida, have a beautiful wife...we built up our life from the bottom...we started with cleaning...yes after I had my own TV show back in Hungary...I had 13 jobs in the US so far...but I didn't give a fuck because I wanted bigger success in the US

I almost won a pro show...Jose Raymond beat me by a couple of points...and he was the one who gave me autograph in Hungary back in 1999 and I had his pics on my wall...

I was on the Olympia stage...none of the Hungarians were able to do that before...and maybe never will...not anytime soon that's for sure...

And yes, I realized...bodybuilding is fucked up...not gonna bring me anywhere...

Now I started wrestling...my other childhood dream...and I'm gonna make this one too...

4 years after my post on getbig I was on the Olympia stage... So maybe I'll be in the ring at the Wrestlemania in 2016? Yes, why not???!!!!

Just watch...and then I'll say...I'll be a movie star...
