What does this picture make you think?
Two things..
One, the child adds the necessary weight needed in order to both stabilize her form and prevent her from arching her back while doing curls.
Two, if you have no one to leave your child with at home and there happens to not be a child care service at the gym, set your priorities straight and realize that a gym is a dangerous place to have a child in. If you have no other option and feel the need to perform exercise, try walking 2-3 miles while you push your baby in a stroller, that will help in burning through calories, while keeping your hips, waist and arms in check.
