Sunken eye sockets, pinched cheeks, bloated abdomen. While I am not claiming that HIV causes those symptoms, you can research protease inhibitors and see that those are common side effects that the majority of users get. And healthy people have no use for protease inhibitors.

he has a stressfull existence in the sense that he is very very busy... so no sleep...
probably on some kind of amfetamine, and then downers to sleep...
he is still hitting the hgh pretty hard.... also with his level of abuse in the past some pernmanent growth of organs may be seen... and now a great deal of his mass is gone , these details are more pronounced...ie: the big bloated belly, big head, feet, and hands....
also he was a know party drug user for many, many years.... still does i think, he has that junky look to him....

Those are called wrinkles and not training and eating to compete as a bodybuilder anymore. He's 44 years old...what do you expect???

People age differently regardless of PED's and etc. I don't see anything out of the ordinary like we saw with Derek Anthony who now has a tube in his chest.
