This is a pic of a guy competing in a local novice show this coming Saturday. He's competing in the u/70kg division but he's shredded as hell!!
I don't know how some of these black guys come in so shredded here in South Africa. Most of them don't know shit about nutrition and can hardly read or speak english, but they come in rock hard for bodybuilding shows. Crazy! The pic was taken on Tuesday and he hasn't even dropped water yet! I just can't understand how! Ripped and dry!

Yes, that could be. But as I mentioned most of them don't know shit about nutrition. I think they do a lot of cardio though because they usually come in small but rock hard.

nutrition doesnt mean shit. you take the right drugs and dont eat alot and u will look like this

If some of you guys come to SA you will laugh your ass off at how far behind we are if we compare ourselves with the US.
I mean the "big guys" over here in our gyms will be considered twinks if we compare them to your average gym rats.
I mean look at our pros, Marius Dohne, Hennie Kotze etc. They look awesome to us over here, but then when they compete overseas you see a big difference! I hope we catch up eventually!

Yeah like Mike Mentzer, some days in his prep he ate almost nothing at all and also some days he ate cake etc and he came in ripped contest day.

dohne is not small, not as complete or freaky as some, but not small

I wasn't implying Dohne is small. He's just not on par yet with the other guys. Shameen I don't really like. And yes since Benfatto is living in SA he could be considered a South African I guess!
