So last night after a hard training session i decided to try something different, when i got home i turn on the tv and drank 2 beers as my post workout meal, then a little later i had boil eggs, brown rice with water and then i smoked a joint and went to bed, I slept like a baby and when i woke up in the morning and looked in the mirror my abs looked great and i felt good, so for all you gym rats you are running to drink your whey protein after working out this is something to think about.
