I'm pretty sure jay would manage his B12 shots correctly.  He's married to a nurse, I think.  So they would know the benefits, and more importantly, the huge impact of NUTRIENT TIMING.

Felt sorry for Lou due to him looking like an idiot due to his speach and his over bearing father and the fact that he was never going to win that Mr. O even if arnold had come in with a pot belly.
