If I remember the bodybuilder punched a woman who was outside the party and smacked her with a baseball bat, which is what set it all off.

I heard that he punched the woman because she hit him with a bat, then the other guys started beating him with bats also.

You need to see things in context, if they would have beaten him Movie Vegas Style *end scene in the movie with Robert D. N Vegas* they would lookl at a mandatory life sentence now.

Yes this info is correct, I remember they said he got hit multiple times with the bat, if it was 1 hit I would agree with 6 years, but multiple hits while the guy was already motionless deserves 15 or more

Matsuda had apparently gone across the street to complain about a loud party. police said Matsuda hit a man in the face during the argument. Matsuda also hit a woman when she intervened, police said.
The male partygoer, whose name was withheld, ran inside the house for backup, police said. That's when other partygoers, including Clifford, reportedly went after Matsuda.
The fight escalated, with Matsuda reportedly getting a baseball bat from his garage ,Matsuda chased the partygoers back across the street, striking a woman on the arm with his bat in the process, police said.
An unidentified man then hit Matsuda in the head with a bat, and Clifford allegedly started hitting Matsuda with a bat as Matsuda lay on the ground. Other partygoers are accused of hitting and kicking him as he lay on the ground.

It's not like those  guys weren't sitting around waiting to kill this guy ,he started  this  shit and shit escalated out of  control  .

Vigilante is the result of a useless Police Force, as the Police think there super and can do no wrong, nothing will ever change as Western Police Forces are in the greatest level of denail, if you check the Checklist for Psychopathy, the Modern police Forces fit the bill to a tee.  What Society will soon start doing is starting Vigilante Groups because the Police wont or can't do there job.  As the Population gets older, they are going to tolerate young punks less and less, so having a party that only benefits you and your guests but pisses everyone else of in a 50km radius will be a known reason to receive a beatdown from neighbours, the problem is neighbours need to stick together, and as a collective go over there and start beating people down until they reach the amplifier,  then you grab the amplifier, raise it high over your head, and smash it on the owners head - talk about killing two birds with one stone, you then calmly walk home and enjoy the serenity you just created.

I once had neighbours who didn't give a fuck and partied all the time, they used to jump on my garage roof at all hours, the police didn't give a fuck, and when three men with glass bottles confronted me one time and stopped me from leaving my house with the threat of force, After several warnings that if they didn't leave I would brake his arm with a baseball bat, the men then goaded me and took on a fighting stance, I simply opened the front door, walked two paces to were the men were standing and I broke one mans arm clean with a swift strike from a baseball bat, he squealed like a pig the other two ran off and then the Police came, these punks had been giving me shit for a year, so I broke one of there arms, i was charged, arrested and fined and a conviction recorded, I joke it was the best $500 i ever spent, there is no better feeling than standing up to arseholes and breaking one of there arms.  Any Cun+ who thinks he has a right to party on while his neighbours are trying to sleep is an Asshole and deserves to be beatdown.
