Bodybuilders have huge egos. Most of them live in a fantasy land. In their videos, why do they always have a little or a big biotch behind touching the friggin' bar always?

Is it that hard to do a fukken rep by yourself?

If something goes wrong, that dude will not be able to do shit with massive weights so it's pointless anyway.

Agreed ... the same thing happens with those spotters on the benchpress....they dont stand a chance in catching the weight in time....

i havent had or needed a spotter in over 8 or so years, with the Hammer Strength machines nowadays no need for a spotter

I don't get it. I love flowers. Gerberas in particular ... any day I have 2 of them in my apartment.. always different colors and I buy new ones every 4 days or so.
