The more and more you post, the more you show your extremely low, very basic level of knowledge and experience. The only problem is you have no idea how uneducated you are on these matters with all of your yapping. The other people who don't shit either encouraging you only makes you even more blind.

The mind is very powerful. If someone behind you and even touching the bar gives you more confidence to put 20 more pounds on the bar or go for one more rep with those 20 extra pounds make all the difference in the world.
