Who here has had the Wasabi experience?

I'm sitting here eating a huge plate of sushi and my last piece I scrape it across the bottom of the plate to pickup the rest of the wasabit and BAM!  my nose and eyes are burning.

I remember my fist time eating sushi.  I ordered whatever and when I looked at the plate saw the green ball.  Thought it fell off one of the pieces so I took it and smushed it on one of the pieces and downed it.  My fucking head nearly exploded.  I grabbed the rest of the plate and just threw it away.  hahaha

Watching a movie and eating sushi I unawaredly ate a whole wasabi chunk, had to go puke to the bathroom quickly.

Fuck I did that at Cesars palace buffet.  Had a big slab of prime rib and I put a heaping spoonfull of their hot horseradish next to it, then filled the plate with other stuff including mashed potatoes.  So now on the plate I have two piles of white mash.
I sit down, have a bit of rib and just talking away and then grab a spoonful of what I thought was mashed potatoes.  This shit was fucking lethal.  Never felt such burning pain.  It ruined my whole appetite and of course the $40 down th drain for the buffet I paid for and never got to destroy.

when i was youger i was a waiter at this very exclusive golf club .one night they had sushi on the menu and one of my tables orderd it.it must have been a members grandaughter about 20 yrs old. well the plate was presented in such a way that the wasabi looked similar to a slice of cucumber.yea she ate it whole .i walked back to the waiters station busting up

Man, I LOVE wasabi...my brother used to get packets of it and I would put it on roast beef or ham sandwiches, just put the a huge glop of it on there---it makes you feel alive...awake!

Most rumors are bullshit, really FRESH sushi will not.  Wasabi mixed with Soya sauce naturally kills off any potential "problems" anyways...
