advanced techniques on buiding championship arms

this will be an ongoing series discussing the finer points of refining muscular mass into symmetrical, separated prize-winning guns

to qualify you must have at least 18 inch, solid arms...a sturdy base is necessary for the process to be effective.

unfortunately this means sevastase cannot utilize these techniques

Epic excuse to start another thread about his oil enhanced arms. BTW, the forearms look like buggywhips when juxtaposed with those "oilbag" guns.

Trenbolone acetate  ;D

there's a machine called "technogym" i use..it's a seated curl..never felt such a direct hit, it's killer
