How are you man, long time no see. You are missed.
I never left though sometimes, it is a week or more between visits. Just been busy, but still training and getting back to fighting weight.
I gained about 20 lbs because of being too busy and using eating as a sedative / leisure activity. Now I've lost about half the weight and thinking that I might have gained 1-3 lbs of muscle if I'm lucky.
I also switched my training style to do around 10-12 reps most sets with little to no momentum. I'm getting old enough to know that low rep progressive overload is just a recipe for injury.
What about you, still freaky ripped?
Oh I have discovered that I love Austrian wines, nothing better than a nice riesling kabinett.
